Lead Guide
See Her
See graduated from the Midwest Montessori Teacher Training Center as a trained AMS early childhood guide. Previously, she earned a B.S. in Social Work from St. Catherine University and worked as an Assistant Teacher for ten years. See enjoys building strong relationships with the children in her classroom and seeing them learn and grow. In her free time, See enjoys spending time with her family and crafting.
Afternoon Teacher
Pa Chia Her
Before joining Monarch, Pa Chia served as a Reading Tutor through the Americorps Program and an Assistant Teacher in a Montessori Children's House classroom. Pa Chia enjoys working with children and watching them grow. In her free time, she likes to try new recipes and spend time with her loved ones.
In the mornings, you can find Pa Chia in Kaleidoscope Learning, our sister nonprofit that serves families with young children.
Music Specialist and Aftercare Teacher
Theresa Kallmes
Theresa received her Bachelor of Arts from Hamline University. As a child, she attended Montessori school for nine years. Theresa continued her passion for music and music education by playing viola as well as offering violin and music lessons. This expertise helps her plan biweekly musical programming. In aftercare, Theresa prioritizes outside time, music (of course!), art, and project-based learning. Theresa enjoys seeing how much the children help and support one another. Theresa also organizes events including Musical Storytime and Fine Motor Friday at Kaleidoscope Learning.
Morning Aide
Dominique Bos
Dominique attended Montessori school as a child, and she is excited to learn alongside Monarch educators and children. She lived in Mexico for many years before returning to her hometown of St. Paul.
